Each Vitamin C Shot lasts approximately 90 days of daily showers (roughly 200 uses). When the scent starts to fade, it's time for a refill. We recommend subscribing to our refill plan so you never run out.
Yes. The Ultra uses a universal ½" BSP connection that's compatible with virtually all standard shower arms worldwide. If you have a non-standard fitting, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility.
It's under 5 minutes. Here's how:
- Unscrew your existing shower head. If it doesn't come off easily, use a wrench.
- Wipe the pipe to remove any residue.
- Detach the Ultra connector by pulling down the neck (see the instruction guide for visuals).
- Screw the connector firmly onto the pipe.
- The Ceramic Beads + Vitamin E Filter and Cloth are already inside. To add your Vitamin C Shot: unscrew the spray plate and insert the shot.
- The correct order is: Vitamin C Shot, Cloth, Ceramic Beads + Vitamin E Filter, Spray Plate.
- Close the spray plate fully with no gaps.
- Connect the Ultra back to the connector by pulling down the neck and clicking it into place. You will hear a click when it's secure.
Your Starter Kit comes with Citrus. Need Unscented instead? Email us at customerservice@vitacleanhq.com before your order ships. To change your scent for future refills, log into your account and swap anytime before your next order ships. To physically swap the shot, pull down the neck of the Ultra to detach, unscrew the spray plate, swap the shot, and click back into place.
