How often do I replace the Vitamin C Shot?+
Each Vitamin C Shot lasts approximately 30 uses. When it's finished, simply unscrew the filter housing, pop in a new shot, and you're done - takes about 10 seconds.
How is the Ceramic Bead filter different from the Vitamin C Shot?+
They work together. The Ceramic Beads soften hard water minerals and last ~90 uses. The Vitamin C Shot neutralises chlorine and chloramine and lasts ~30 uses. You'll typically replace the shot 3 times for every 1 ceramic bead filter.
Is this actually lab-tested or just a marketing claim?+
It's third-party verified. The Vitaclean Handheld is SGS-certified - that's an independent global testing organisation. The certification confirms 99% chlorine removal. We publish the full lab report on request.
How do I install it? Do I need tools?+
Step 1: Unscrew your old handheld shower head. If there isn't one there already, place the black rubber ring onto the top of the hose.

Step 2: Attach the end of the hose onto your new Vitaclean shower head handle and tighten in a clockwise direction. Pop in the Vitamin C & essential oil filter with the cap part facing down.

Step 3: Screw on the head piece to the top of the handle and tighten. Turn on the water.
