Contact UsThe Microfiber Cloth sits between the spray plate and the sediment filter inside the Wall Mount shower head. It acts as the final filtration step, capturing any remaining particles before water reaches your skin and hair.
Each cloth lasts approximately 30 uses. A 3-pack gives you around 90 uses total. If you notice reduced water pressure or a scattered stream before 30 uses, your water may have higher sediment levels, change the cloth earlier as needed.
Yes, it is. Water quality varies significantly around the world, and so does its mineral content. Some minerals are white or colourless, so they won't leave a visible mark on the cloth. The filter is still actively capturing particles and sediment even if you can't see discolouration.
Unfortunately, some areas have water with a high dirt or sediment content. If your cloth is turning black within a week, we recommend either changing the Microfiber Cloth more frequently or removing it altogether. If you choose to remove it, rest assured, the Vitamin C Shot and sediment filter are still filtering your water.
A scattered stream usually signals that the Microfiber Cloth is oversaturated with particles and it's time for a replacement. Swap in a fresh cloth and your stream should return to normal immediately.
No, this cloth is designed specifically for the Wall Mount shower head. If you have the Handheld or Ultra model, please use the 3-Pack Microfiber Cloth designed for them instead.
We don't recommend reusing the cloth. Once it's saturated with sediment and particles, washing won't fully restore its filtration performance. For the best results, replace it with a fresh cloth.
